Control panels and software licenses

IP addresses and network resources

Migration, setup, consulting, and management services
By purchasing any product or service from Invisible Hosts, you agree to this policy in full.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of hosting infrastructure, domain provisioning, licensing, and third-party costs:
All services are non-refundable once processing or provisioning has begun.
This applies regardless of:

Usage level
-
Cancellation timing
-
Change of mind
-
Business outcome
-
Legal or third-party complaints
3. Hosting Services (All Types)
For any hosting service:

Services are billed in advance
-
Once provisioning starts, no refunds apply

Infrastructure resources are allocated immediately and cannot be reclaimed
This includes:

Shared hosting
-
VPS hosting
-
Dedicated servers
-
Offshore hosting
-
Trial, promotional, or discounted plans
4. Domain Name Services (Strict – No Exceptions)
All domain-related services are strictly non-refundable, including:

Domain registrations
-
Domain renewals
-
Domain transfers
-
Premium domains
-
Redemption or restoration fees
Once a domain is registered, renewed, or transferred, it cannot be reversed under any circumstance.
This policy follows registry rules, not Invisible Hosts’ discretion.
5. SSL Certificates & Licenses

SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued
-
Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, aaPanel add-ons, etc.) are non-refundable once activated
-
License pricing and terms are governed by upstream vendors
6. Migration, Setup & Professional Services
All service-based work is non-refundable, including:

Website or server migration
-
Configuration or hardening
-
Consulting or troubleshooting
-
Custom or manual work
Once work begins, fees are considered earned.
7. Definition of Service Delivery
A service is considered delivered when any one of the following occurs:

Provisioning or processing begins
-
Credentials or access details are issued
-
A domain action is submitted to a registry
-
A license is activated
-
Manual or automated work starts
Delivery logs and system records are retained as proof.
8. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible
-
No refunds, reversals, or cancellations are possible
-
Clients are responsible for:

Correct wallet addresses
-
Network fees
-
Exchange rate volatility
-
Invisible Hosts bears no responsibility for blockchain transaction errors.
9. Bank Transfers (International & B2B)

Bank transfer payments are non-refundable once credited
-
Intermediary fees and delays are outside our control

All bank charges are the client’s responsibility
10. Credit & Debit Card Payments
For card payments:

Identity or billing verification may be required
-
Orders may be canceled before provisioning only if verification fails

Once any service is provisioned or processed, no refunds apply
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Critical)
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first is considered fraudulent activity.
Chargebacks will result in:

Immediate suspension of all services

Permanent account termination
-
Blacklisting from future services
Invisible Hosts will submit evidence to processors, including:

Provisioning and processing logs
-
Domain registry records
-
IP and access logs
-
Communication history
Chargebacks do not void contractual obligations.
12. Billing Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred:

Contact support before filing a dispute

Billing issues must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance

Failure to follow this process voids all claims
13. SLA Credits (If Applicable)
Where an SLA applies:

Compensation is provided as service credits only
-
Credits apply to future invoices
-
No cash refunds under any circumstances
14. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services to stop future billing
-
Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund
-
Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle

No prorated refunds are issued
15. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Invisible Hosts reserves the right to:

Suspend or cancel orders suspected of fraud
-
Request verification before provisioning
-
Refuse service to repeat offenders
All fraud-related decisions are final.
16. Policy Changes
Invisible Hosts may update this policy at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
