Straight answers

Know what you are buying.

Service-specific availability and legal requirements are kept visible instead of hidden behind broad marketing promises.

How is a dedicated server delivered?

InvisibleHosts sources and provisions the selected hardware after payment review, then delivers the server IP and encrypted access details through the customer portal.

Is the hardware shared with another customer?

No. The listed CPU, memory and local storage belong to the dedicated server assigned to the customer.

Which billing periods are available?

Dedicated servers use annual, biennial or triennial terms. Six-month and monthly checkout are not offered.

Can I choose the location and operating system?

Add the preferred region, operating system and configuration in the order notes. Availability and any extra cost are confirmed before provisioning.

Are extra storage, IP addresses or 10 Gbit/s networking available?

They may be available depending on the selected hardware and location. Staff confirm compatibility, capacity and price before fulfilment.

Will I receive a hardware-management login?

Hardware-console access is coordinated through InvisibleHosts support unless a customer-accessible option is confirmed for the selected configuration.
