2. Services Offered

Invisible Hosts provides managed offshore VPS hosting services, including DMCA-ignored hosting environments, server administration, migration, and backup services.

Services are delivered outside U.S. and EU jurisdictions and are governed solely by the laws of the server’s hosting location.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cryptocurrency

• International bank transfer

• B2B domestic bank transfer

• Credit and debit cards (verified billing only)

All VPS services are non-refundable once provisioning begins.
Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible.

Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as fraud.

4. DMCA-Ignored & Legal Notice Handling

Invisible Hosts operates in offshore jurisdictions where U.S. DMCA law does not automatically apply.

• DMCA notices do not result in automatic takedowns

• Notices are reviewed only under local jurisdiction law

• Clients are notified before any action is taken, where legally possible

• Migration assistance may be offered if action becomes necessary

We do not guarantee indefinite hosting and reserve the right to act if legally compelled.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

5.1 General Use

Invisible Hosts does not proactively monitor content.
Clients are responsible for lawful use of services under the hosting jurisdiction.

“Offshore” does not mean unrestricted or lawless usage.

5.2 Prohibited Activities (Zero-Tolerance)

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Malware, ransomware, botnets, or active exploitation

• DDoS attacks, brute force attacks, or network abuse

• Activities causing harm to upstream networks or infrastructure

• Hosting content primarily intended for fraud or financial scams

No warnings. No migration assistance.

5.3 Restricted / Conditional Content

The following may be permitted, subject to jurisdiction and operational risk:

• Copyright-disputed content

• Adult content

• Controversial or sensitive material

• Archival or indexing content

Such content is not automatically removed but may be reviewed if legal or infrastructure pressure arises.

5.4 Enforcement

Depending on severity, Invisible Hosts may:

• Issue a warning

• Temporarily suspend services

• Permanently terminate services

• Immediately shut down services in severe cases

Decisions are final.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

• All hosted content and applications

• Server security and access credentials

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Maintaining independent backups

Invisible Hosts is not liable for misuse or misconfiguration.

7. Data Ownership & Migration

All hosted data remains the property of the client.

Where legally possible:

• Clients are notified before termination

• Migration assistance may be provided

• Temporary access may be granted for data retrieval

8. Privacy & Logging

• Minimal data collection

• No proactive content monitoring

• Temporary logs for security and abuse mitigation only

• Privacy levels vary by payment method and jurisdiction

9. Limitation of Liability

Invisible Hosts shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Legal consequences of hosted content

• Third-party enforcement actions

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the current billing period.

10. Termination of Services

Services may be suspended or terminated due to:

• Legal requirements in the hosting jurisdiction

• AUP violations

• Fraud, abuse, or chargebacks

• Payment disputes

Where possible, clients are notified in advance.

11. Changes to Terms

Invisible Hosts may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the server’s hosting jurisdiction.
No U.S. or EU court has automatic authority.
