Crypto invoice confirmation and payment review

A detailed guide to networks, quote windows, confirmations, transaction references, manual review and wallet safety.

Read the invoice first

Confirm invoice number, amount, asset, blockchain network and deadline. Similar assets can exist on different networks. A supported token sent through the wrong network may not be recoverable.

Understand quote windows

Automated providers can create time-limited crypto quotes. If the timer expires, refresh the instruction instead of sending an old amount.

Send the requested transaction

  • Use the displayed network
  • Verify the destination address
  • Include a memo or tag when required
  • Account for wallet and network fees
  • Do not split payment unless permitted

Broadcast is not confirmation

A wallet can show a transaction immediately. The invoice remains pending until the provider detects it and the required confirmations or risk checks complete.

Automated checkout

NOWPayments status and signed webhook events update only the matching in-house invoice. A redirect or wallet screen is not proof that the invoice is paid.

Manual review

Submit the transaction hash through the invoice flow. Staff verifies the network, destination, amount and confirmation state. A review request does not mark the invoice paid automatically.

Underpayments and overpayments

Do not send a second transaction until the invoice instruction or support team confirms what is required. Overpayments are reviewed under the payment and refund policy.

When to contact support

Open a ticket if an on-chain transaction is confirmed but the invoice has not updated after the normal window. Include invoice number, asset, network and transaction hash.

Wallet security

InvisibleHosts never needs a seed phrase, private key, wallet backup or remote-control access to confirm payment.
